So I have to make dinner for the family on Tuesdays and Fridays.
My older sister helped me find this recipe for chicken.
The chicken was wonderful and healtly!
I am very proud of myself.
After dinner I passed out on the ottoman
and my sister just had to take a picture.
When I woke up we went to the store for sugar free ice cream.
and I made desert. It was soooo good and about
100 calories :)
Btw above is apples covered in cinnamon and
splenda that was warmed up in the microwave till it is soft.
It taste like apple pie with ice cream. <3
